Hatfield Town Council meets tonight with an agenda that includes two items concerning Jubilee Park.
Items for discussion include actions proposed for Jubilee Park by its ‘Friends of’ group and options for a cycle track at the park.
In other matters, councillors will be updated about a recent break-in at Hatfield cemetery. Members will also receive an update about a matter concerning a wall in Dr Waters’ Gardens and information about a grass cutting cost increase for 2020.
Planning matters that members will be asked for their views on include an application to Doncaster Council to vary an existing permission for Bootham Lane Landfill Site. The new proposal seeks a five-year extension of landfill operations at the site.
In matters requested by councillors, members have asked to discuss the lack of a bin down ‘Pudding Lane’ in relation to dog walkers and ‘the outstanding resolved matter of the full independent external audit’.
The full agenda is available from the town council offices and members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and raise any matters relating to agenda items.
The meeting takes place on Monday 10 February at the Town Council offices on Cuckoo Lane, Hatfield, starting at 7.00pm.
