As of Friday 17 September 2021 there have been 42,067 confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) reported in Doncaster, an increase of 172 over the previous day’s figure. Doncaster’s seven-day rolling case rate to 12th September is 412.4
According to Government figures, between 11 September and 17 September in Doncaster 1,214 people had a confirmed positive test result. This shows a decrease of -9.9% compared to the previous seven days.

The latest NHS Covid-19 figures for the Doncaster and Bassetlaw foundation trust region show that 829 people have sadly died in hospitals in the area, with 33 of those deaths being announced since the beginning of July 2021. These figures do not include deaths in care homes or in the community.
The total number of people who have died in Doncaster within 28 days of a positive test now stands at 883. Nationally, the figure for the UK stands at 134,983 according to Government figures.
As at Tuesday 14 September there were 45 Covid-19 patients in Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS foundation trust hospitals receiving treatment. Five patients were on ventilation.
