Flood warnings issued for the River Don at Fishlake and Stainforth have been removed.
The alerts were removed by the Environment Agency just after 6.00pm last night (24 Oct).
The Environment Agency’s flood warning service said levels on the Don at Fishlake and Stainforth had “fallen significantly” and would continue to drop over the next few days.
The agency added that pumping operations in the area were continuing.

A flood alert remains in place for the Lower River Don catchment, from Hexthorpe to Stainforth, with an update from the Environment Agency expected later today (Weds 25 Oct).
