Thursday 25 June
A Mini Cooper that police say was stolen from Hatfield overnight, was found by Doncaster East PCSOs on Broadwater Drive in Dunscroft.
Monday 22 June
A small white van was recovered from a supermarket car park in Stainforth by police after the registered keeper “failed to satisfy the officer that the driver was insured”, according to the Doncaster East Neighbourhood Police team. Officers said the driver had “run off from it” prior to their arrival. A spokesperson for the local policing team added: “CCTV enquiries will be ongoing”.
Wednesday 10 June
A black hatchback type car was recovered by police in Stainforth after the occupants ‘ditched it and ran off’, according to Doncaster East Neighbourhood Police. Officers said the vehicle had “no insurance”.
Friday 5 June
A small white van was stopped in Stainforth after it was discovered that the driver “didn’t have any insurance”, according to Doncaster East Neighbourhood Police. Officers said that person was reported for the alleged offence and the vehicle was recovered.
Wednesday 3 June
Doncaster East Neighbourhood Team executed a drugs warrant at an address in Stainforth and found approximately £1200 of amphetamine powder inside a children’s sweet packet. Officers say they also recovered a large quantity of cash and numerous weapons from the property. Two occupants were arrested.
Tuesday 2 June
Doncaster East Neighbourhood Police reported a motocross-style bike was seized over the weekend in a planned operation in Hatfield. Officers said the operation was conducted by South Yorkshire Police’s off-road bike team and Doncaster Council’s Neighbourhood Response Team. Fourteen other riders received recorded warnings under the Police Reform Act.
