It will be time to put the clocks back one hour this weekend giving us an extra hour in bed on Sunday morning.
At 2.00am on Sunday 29 October (2023) the clocks go back one hour to 1.00am.
Smartphones and computers should automatically update but don’t forget your wall clocks, oven clock, microwave and car dashboard clocks. Heating timers are another one to look at.
Autumn is here and the leaves are beginning to fall – We’ll have lighter mornings, but evenings are drawing in as Daylight Saving Time comes to an end and we move towards the winter months.
In six months’ time (March 2024) we’ll put clocks forward again for the start of British Summer Time.
