Hatfield Town Council holds its October meeting tonight where it will work through a twelve section agenda.
Each section of the agenda contains a number of sub-items covering town council business which includes Christmas lights, plans for Remembrance events and an action plan for the current civic term.
Members of the council will also receive information on how the Miners Welfare memorial project is progressing with councillors being asked to agree an exact location for it.
Councillors will also be asked to consider installing parkour equipment on a town council recreation ground and discuss and agree a remit for sports pavilion improvements.
Financial reports and committee recommendations are up for discussion and approval by members who will also be asked for their observations on planning applications made to Doncaster Council which relate to the Hatfield area.
The meeting at the council offices on Cuckoo Lane in Hatfield starts at at 7pm (Monday 11 October).
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and address the council during the public participation session on matters relating to agenda items.
