Thorne Moorends Town Council are to meet on Tuesday 8 June with vandalism and anti-social behaviour among the seventeen items on the agenda.
The topic has been listed for discussion at the request of the town mayor, Cllr Craig Ellis. Councillors will discuss recent vandalism around council sites and consider options to mitigate the problem.
Other items on the agenda include a report on the council’s finances and a look at planning applications submitted recently to Doncaster council.
Councillors will be asked to review standing orders and financial regulations, as well as agreeing governance and financial statements for external audit purposes.
Six out of the seventeen agenda items are listed for discussion in private session.
The meeting starts at 7.00pm (Tues 8 June) at the pavilion on Coulman Street recreation ground. Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting and have the opportunity to make representations to the council in relation to items on the agenda. Covid safety measures will be in place.
